FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q1: What should I do if the blue light blinks slowly after powering on?
A: A slow blinking blue light indicates an optical alignment failure between the transmitter and receiver. Please adjust the angle and height of both bars until the light turns solid blue.
Q2: Why does the red indicator light flash rapidly?
A: Fast blinking red indicates that the working voltage is abnormal (below 9V or above 28V). Ensure the input voltage is within the standard DC 12V–24V range.
Q3: How do I switch the signal output from NO to NC?
A: Within 1 minute of powering on, touch the green wire to the receiver’s GND terminal 5 times. When the red light blinks, the yellow output wire will successfully switch to NC mode.
Q4: The light curtain is aligned normally, but the door does not trigger anti-pinch action. What is the cause?
A: This usually indicates incorrect wiring of the signal output. Verify that the COM and NO/NC signal wires are correctly connected to the door controller’s safety input terminal.
